Final orders for eligible discrete semiconductors in Diodes Incorporated’s PCN-2822 Rev 1 close on 30 October 2026. The notice covers a separate group of products from PCN-2824, whose final-order deadline falls on 28 October.

Issued on 5 May, PCN-2822 gives an implementation date of 5 November 2026 and a final shipment date of 5 May 2027, subject to availability. Orders therefore have to be placed before the implementation date shown in the summary.

The product tables distinguish between devices eligible for a final buy and those with a recommended successor. Some have both options, while others have only one.

Diodes refers customers to the published datasheets when assessing replacement compatibility; the recommendations do not establish qualification in an existing assembly. The notice gives no remaining stock quantities or order cut-off time and says customer-specific discontinuation requirements will be addressed separately.
