Rohde & Schwarz will introduce a handheld analyser combining spectrum, real-time spectrum, vector network and power measurements at electronica, alongside the first presentation of its HMP5050 DC supply with up to five independent channels.

The instruments will be shown at Hall A4, stand 307, in Munich from 10 to 13 November. The preview gives the handheld unit's measurement functions but leaves its model name, detailed performance specifications and availability for the introduction.

Demonstrations elsewhere on the stand will put instruments into working test setups. A robotic arm will emulate satellite movement for phased-array beam steering, while an MXO 5 oscilloscope and RT-ZISO isolated probing system will be used to examine current transients in power electronics.

Rohde & Schwarz also plans to synchronise oscilloscopes through its ScopeSync application for measurements with up to 24 channels. Further setups will cover signal and power integrity in high-speed designs and phase-noise measurements extending to 170 GHz.
