DigiKey has reported that it introduced over 27,000 new stocking products available for immediate shipment during the third quarter of 2026, alongside more than 507,000 new products added to the DigiKey website and 93 new manufacturer suppliers.

Mike Slater, vice president of global business development at DigiKey, said: "DigiKey's strong inventory pipeline and in-stock availability continue to drive our record-breaking growth in revenue and customer count. Continued investments in our product portfolio, industry-leading website and global distribution center give customers quick access to the latest innovative products essential for accelerating their designs."

New suppliers

Among the new suppliers added in the quarter, DigiKey named Alif Semiconductor, which supplies the Ensemble family of microcontrollers and fusion processors combining scalable performance, AI/ML acceleration, security features, integrated wireless and flexible processing. Also added was Chase Corporation, whose HumiSeal brand covers conformal coating products for protecting electronics across multiple industries.

New product introductions

DigiKey listed a selection of new product introductions added during the quarter, spanning compute, sensing and power categories:

  • DFRobot's LattePanda Mu Ultra, a compact x86 compute module aimed at on-device AI, machine vision and local large language model workloads at the edge.
  • Same Sky's anti-vandal switches, built with stainless-steel or black alloy construction and IP65/IP67 sealing for industrial and outdoor use.
  • Schneider Electric's TeSys Deca SNAP IN contactors, which the company says use tool-free, one-second conductor connections that can accelerate panel assembly by up to 96 percent while providing vibration-resistant connections.
  • Arduino's Ventuno Q Edge AI Computer, combining AI processing, real-time control and connectivity on a single platform for robotics and edge AI.
  • Sensirion's SFA40 formaldehyde sensor, aimed at indoor air quality monitoring in air purifiers, HVAC systems and portable monitors.
  • Nordic Semiconductor's nRF93M1 Smart Modem, offering LTE Cat 1 bis connectivity, Wi-Fi and cellular-based positioning with security features in a pre-certified module for IoT applications.
  • Amphenol RF's high-flex RG-58 FAKRA cable assemblies, designed for automotive and industrial applications involving continuous movement and vibration.
  • Eaton's XVH Series supercapacitors, combining high energy density, low ESR and fast charge and discharge for backup power and energy recovery.
  • SICK's sensingCam SEC200 industrial code reader, for reading 1D barcodes and 2D matrix codes in manufacturing, packaging and logistics traceability applications.
  • STMicroelectronics' VL53L9CX direct time-of-flight 3D LiDAR module, which the company says delivers depth sensing across up to 2.3K zones with ranging to 9 m and low-power operation for robotics, smart building, AR/VR and industrial sensing.

DigiKey said the quarterly expansion follows a previously announced $100 million investment over the next 18 months to expand its global distribution centre and scale capacity and automation. The company states it serves one million customers annually with more than 1.9 million products in stock for same-day shipment from its US distribution centre.
