Alliance Memory has expanded its eMMC portfolio with additional capacities reaching 512 GB, according to its 10 September product update.

The update lists new 20 GB pseudo-SLC, 64 GB, 128 GB, 256 GB and 512 GB options, including industrial-grade devices and a 64 GB automotive-grade option.

The July 2026 datasheet for the 64 GB to 512 GB industrial family specifies 3D TLC NAND, eMMC 5.1 compliance and operation from −40°C to +85°C. Each device combines flash memory with a controller and flash-management functions.

Ordering codes are ASFC64G31T5A-51BIN, ASFC128G32T5A-51BIN, ASFC256G34T5A-51BIN and ASFC512G38T5A-51BIN. All use 153-ball BGA packages with an 11.5 × 13 mm footprint. The three smaller capacities are 1.2 mm high; the 512 GB device is 1.4 mm high.

Supported functions include firmware updates, health reporting, command queuing and wear levelling. HS400 supports an interface rate of up to 400 MB/s; this is not a sustained read or write specification. HS200 and HS400 are unavailable with the I/O supply at 2.7–3.6 V, according to the datasheet.

The September update does not give capacity-specific shipment dates or endurance figures.
