Advanced Energy adds 3.6kW server power supplies

Advanced Energy has added three power supplies to its M-CRPS portfolio, extending output to 3,600 W in a compact 185 mm form factor.
The CSU3600AT-9-3M0 provides 3,600 W for 54 V architectures. Two 3,200 W models serve 12 V systems: the AC-input CSU3200AT-3-6M0 and DC-input CSU3200ADC-3-3M0.
The DC model is intended for low-voltage DC telecom infrastructure and OCP +48 V busbar systems. Advanced Energy says the new supplies are OCP-compliant and reach power densities of up to 112 W/in³.
Applications include enterprise and AI servers, storage, networking and telecom equipment. The company says the additions extend power levels within the series’ existing chassis and mechanical design.
The supplies incorporate cybersecurity and firmware-security features. Advanced Energy’s portfolio information also lists live firmware upgrades and system-protection functions.
The AC-input models hold 80 PLUS Titanium certification. The DC-input model has a stated peak efficiency of 94%.
