Amphenol has agreed to acquire AdvancedPCB from Industrial Growth Partners, adding a US printed circuit board manufacturing business with six facilities and expected 2026 sales of approximately $270 million.

The business serves aerospace, defence and industrial electronics and is due to join Amphenol’s Harsh Environment Solutions segment. Its fabrication capabilities include multilayer, rigid-flex and RF/microwave boards, with heavy copper builds offered for industrial applications. It also provides assembly and design services covering high speed digital work and signal and power integrity.

Industrial Growth Partners acquired the business in 2021. Its sale announcement describes investment in equipment, automation and assembly during that ownership. AdvancedPCB chief executive Greg Halvorson says the support allowed it to “invest in equipment, technology, and people at a time of growing demand”.

The proposed deal brings PCB fabrication alongside Amphenol’s existing interconnect and harsh environment activities. The group would gain the processes used to build the board as well as supplying connectors and other components fitted to an assembly.

Completion is expected in the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to the relevant closing conditions.
