Mouser Electronics is stocking Silicon Labs’ BGM270S and MGM270S wireless system-in-package modules, together with development hardware for the family.

Both use a 6.5 × 6.5 mm LGA package. The BGM270S serves Bluetooth Low Energy applications, while the MGM270S supports Bluetooth LE and IEEE 802.15.4-based protocols, including Zigbee PRO and Green Power. Target uses include industrial automation, access control, tracking and battery-powered connected equipment.

Silicon Labs specifies a 76.8 MHz Arm Cortex-M33 processor, 768 kB flash and 64 kB RAM for the MGM270S. Its 2.4 GHz radio provides transmit power up to +6.5 dBm.

The module operates from 1.8–3.8 V over a −40°C to 105°C temperature range. Security functions include secure boot, hardware cryptographic acceleration, Arm TrustZone and secure debug unlocking.

Silicon Labs lists regulatory certifications covering the UK, EU, United States, Canada, Japan and South Korea.

Mouser also stocks the xGM270S-EK2715A Module Explorer Kit and MGM270S-RB4356A radio board. Used with the Wireless Pro Kit mainboard, the radio board provides a development environment with J-Link debugging, packet trace, a virtual COM port and energy monitoring.
