Senior PCB Designer II
Design complex mixed-signal PCBs for aerospace electronics, combining RF, digital and power circuitry with Altium library and release work.
The role
The work
Lay out high-density boards in Altium Designer, including designs combining RF up to 30 GHz with power and digital electronics. Prepare manufacturing drawings and release packages, maintain component libraries, and review schematic symbols and footprints.
What the employer asks for
An electronics engineering technology qualification or similar, seven years of PCB design experience and strong Altium skills. The advert asks for experience with high-reliability or aerospace designs, IPC Class 3 and techniques such as blind vias and microvias.
