Support the design, reliability and maintenance of scientific imaging electronics for Oxford Instruments Andor in Belfast.
The role
The work
Join Oxford Instruments Andor's Hardware Sustaining Engineering team, supporting scientific imaging and spectroscopy products. Investigate product faults and returns, improve reliability and help implement changes relating to electronic component obsolescence.
Experience
The employer requests at least a 2:1 degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics or a related subject. PCB design and schematic capture experience, electronic fault finding and manufacturing knowledge are useful but not required.
Workplace
This is a permanent full-time, on-site role in Belfast. Occasional travel may be needed. The employer does not disclose a numerical salary or application closing date and cannot offer visa sponsorship for this position.
