Integrated circuits & chip design
IEEE ISSCC 2027
Solid-state circuit research, measured chip results and education for integrated-circuit designers.
Measured silicon and circuit research
The IEEE International Solid-State Circuits Conference takes place at the San Francisco Marriott Marquis on 14–18 February 2027. It combines measured circuit research with tutorials, forums and an exhibition. The published plenary programme includes Marco Pieters of ASML, Yusuke Oike of Sony Semiconductor Solutions, Matt Murphy of Marvell and Rani Borkar of Microsoft.
Who will get the most from ISSCC
ISSCC is a specialist choice for analogue, mixed-signal and digital IC designers, and for engineers tracking the capabilities that may reach future products. Look at measured silicon results alongside power, area and test conditions. The educational programme can be useful when moving into a new circuit discipline; check the programme and pass options before booking.
Registration and technical preparation
The organiser lists conference registration opening on 23 November 2026. The programme begins with tutorials and advanced-circuit-design forums on 14 February, followed by plenaries and technical papers on 15–17 February, with further forums and a short course on 18 February.
Event information reviewed 1 November 2026.
