The role
Develop RTL subsystems for Arm processing platforms, balancing performance, power and integration across complex systems on chip.
The work
Review architectures, specify microarchitectures, integrate IP and resolve verification issues. Work with performance and power teams, improve design methods and support colleagues delivering subsystem projects.
Experience
Digital hardware design, Verilog/SystemVerilog, static checks, synthesis and timing analysis are central. Arm asks for a relevant degree or equivalent experience. AMBA protocols and scripting are useful additional skills.
Salary and working pattern
£126,200–£170,800 a year, in Cambridge or Manchester. Hybrid arrangements depend on the team. The advert also offers relocation and visa sponsorship support where required.
