Mouser Electronics has signed a global distribution agreement with ControlByWeb, adding industrial controllers for remote monitoring, data acquisition and automation to its range.

Products covered include the X-410 family of programmable I/O controllers. These combine four relays, four digital inputs and a temperature-sensor interface with an embedded web server. Configuration and control use a browser-based interface, with a graphical logic builder for event-driven and scheduled functions.

ControlByWeb offers Ethernet, Wi-Fi and cellular variants within the family. The manufacturer describes local processing and control without requiring an external computer or cloud service for the underlying automation. Cloud connectivity is an additional capability rather than the basis of every local control function.

The X-410’s digital inputs are optically isolated. Its four SPST relays share a common connection and are specified for general-purpose loads up to 1 A, with maximum contact voltages of 28 V AC or 24 V DC.

Power options depend on the model. The X-410-I accepts 9–28 V DC, while the X-410-E adds a Class 1 Power over Ethernet option alongside the DC input. ControlByWeb also offers the X-410CW with Ethernet connectivity and cellular failover.
